**Table Purchases: If you would like to purchase a table, you must contact [email protected] first! There is a minimum of 12 people and a maximum of 14 people per table. If you will be using a credit card to purchase your table, there will be a $70 processing fee for members and a $140 processing fee for non-members.

Table Seating Deadline: Please submit all attendee names for table seating to the AMM team no later than April 15.

Rather than traditional swag items, sponsors will have the opportunity to offer a prize to a randomly chosen table in the ballroom during dinner. This is premier recognition from the podium and an opportunity to give up to 12 or more significant prizes (less cumbersome for the winners)

*Non-member companies must pay a premium of double the sponsor fees noted.

**It is the sponsor's responsibility to purchase the noted item. If you would like the excess to be returned to you, this is at your cost. Otherwise, the items become the AMM's to keep or dispose of at our discretion.
